Proven accuracy and ruggedness sets our mechanical force gauge apart in the force measurement industry. The “D” shaped deflection beam is the heart of the Force Gauge system. Highly engineered materials with close machining tolerances and proper heat treatment provide optimum strength and spring characteristics.
Ideal for stand alone force applications or often used as the load defining component of a much larger system.
Model X-C Force Gauge
Compression calibration with
11 capacities 25 lb to 50,000 lb
Accuracy of ±1% of full capacity.
25,000 lb and 50,000 lb capacity
accurate to ±2% of full capacity.
Available in lb, kg or Newton capacities.
Model X-ST
Tension calibration with
nine capacities from 25 lb to 10,000 lb or 10 kg to 5,000 kg.
Accuracy is ±1% of full range.
(Note: For applications requiring capacities beyond 10,000 lb or 5,000 kg in tension, consider the Dillon Dynamometer.)
Tension Force Gauges in capacities through 2,000 lb (1,000 kg) are supplied with two rod-end connectors. 5,000 lb and 10,000 lb (2,000 kg and 5,000 kg) capacities are equipped with shackles and pins.
Model X-ST is available in lb, kg or Newton capacities.
Model
X-PP with compression & tension calibration
Force gauges calibrated in push-pull
are available in seven capacities in lb ranging from 50-0-50 to
5,000-0-5,000. Accuracy is ±2%
of maximum dial reading.
Also available in Newton and Kg capacities.
Model
U Force Gauge
Slim line design for added versatility
The Model U Force Gauge is an
accurate (±1% of full range) mechanical compression measurement
instrument. Its slim line design has repeatedly proven valuable
in installations where space is at a premium.
The versatility of this simple
instrument is demonstrated by the fact that it can be used as
a hand-held device, permanently mounted on a flat surface plate
or used in test fixtures.
U Force Gauges are available
for measurement in lbs, kgs or Newtons. There are 9 lb capacities
ranging from 25 lb to 10,000 lb.
